To better protect our customers from the evolving threats of fraud, Century Bank’s online banking service provider will be implementing an enhanced security system beginning September 1, 2025. This upgrade is designed to strengthen protection across both our Online Banking and Mobile Banking platforms.
As part of this update, you will be prompted to complete a one-time security code verification to register your device with the new system. This is the same process currently used when accessing your account from a new device for the first time.

There will be no changes to the appearance, navigation, or functionality of either platform.
This additional step is a simple yet effective measure to help safeguard your confidential information.
